Day 1 : A BJJ Story
Adult Gi/ No-Gi

We teach the martial art known as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This focuses on ground fighting and grappling, and can improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination.
We teach this to all age ranges and skill levels.
Boxing
Develop your new boxing skills in a fun, Safe , and friendly environment and meet your personal and fitness goals along the way!
Fundamental Boxing Class Focuses on Foundational Boxing Techniques, foot work, head movement, proper punching techniques, body awareness and more.
Improve your muscle endurance, stamina and strength while learning how to defend yourself. All while increasing striking, power, speed and Mental Toughness and getting into shape.
Wrestling
We offer youth, high school and Adult and clinics throughout the year to wrestlers at all skill and experience levels. Through our weekly classes we aim to build a foundation in wrestling.
Designed for enthusiasts aged 5 to 99, our program offers an exhilarating journey into the world of wrestling, catering to everyone from first-timers to seasoned grapplers. With the numerous types and styles of wrestling offered, we focus on Wrestling for BJJ.
Our classes prioritize the essence of wrestling itself—grappling, technique, and sportsmanship—while fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your skills, our experienced coaches are dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.
Yoga
Our yoga classes alternate from a range of three different styles of yoga, all directed toward the need of our teammates. Each style directly focusing on the improvement of your jiu-jitsu experience. Classes very between Slow Deep Stretch, Mobility Flow, and Power Yoga.
Slow Deep Stretch classes or “yin yoga” focuses primarily on a variety of restorative postures to wind out your body after a hard week of training.
Mobility Flow classes are focused on continual movement through a sequence of postures matched with the corresponding breath control. Meant to revitalize the body in more ways than one, this is a great all around class that everyone can benefit from.
Strength Enhancing Power Yoga classes are geared toward our teammates in preparation for competition. The most common misconception about yoga is that it’s all about stretching, however, that is definitely not the case. In this type of class, you will develop deep, functional core strength that with most definitely improve your competitive edge.
